Director and Career Development Specialist
Along with being a full-time Career Development Practitioner with Impressability, Zoë is the Editor of the Australian Career Practitioner magazine – the national magazine published by the Career Development Association of Australia.
Zoë studied her undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree at Monash University and completed her Honours year at the University of Western Australia. She has also completed her Graduate Diploma in Careers Education and Development through RMIT.
With a background in recruitment, over 8 years in career development and with current Professional memberships to the Career Development Association of Australia and the Albury/Wodonga Business Community Hub, Zoë is well qualified and connected to provide career counselling, coaching, document and case manager services encompassing health, financial and well-being service providers to manage the bigger picture of your career maintenance.
Career Coach and Training Writer
Qualified in Training and Assessing together with Small Business Management, Transportation and Logistics and a trade in Avionics from the Royal Australian Air Force, Ren’s eclectic background and education provide him with a strong basis from which he is able to coach, advise and guide clients through their Career Journey.
As a Career Coach, Ren specialises in assisting people to get into the mining industry and advancing their career in the Australian Defence Force. He collaborates with Zoë on the development of workshops and seminars and together, they are working on a series of Unemployment Assistance Programs.
